Customs Declaration
Additional Information Required:
There are a few new changes you now need to be aware of when sending goods between the UK and Ibiza.
You will need to complete a customs declaration form (see below) and attach it to your goods. This form must include the:
– Name and address of sender
– Description & value of goods
– Commercial items must include HS code (or commodity code) for each item
– Total cost of goods
– Date & signature of sender
We also need
– a scanned copy of the passport of the person who's name is on the booking

You must provide us with this info 'prior to the work commencing' and obtain 'at your own expense' all documents, permits, fees and licences necessary for the removal to be completed.
