Fred Everywhere Ltd is insured under the CMR convention.

Goods packed by the customer are only covered if goods are lost, not damaged, as it cannot be proven what condition the goods are in prior to collection. This is standard practice throughout the removals and transport industries and not our policy. If you want to be covered for damage then insurance must be taken out by the customer and packing must be performed by Fred Everywhere Ltd. For a packing quote please CONTACT US.

Claims
In the event of any happening immediate notice must be given, in writing, with full particulars to [email protected]. 
 
Claims Payable
All claims are payable in London.
