​STORAGE TERMS & CONDTIONS


​1. We have an Agreement with You; not anyone else

2. Only You and persons authorised or accompanied by You will have access to the Storage 

3. You and your agents must use reasonable care when on Site or in the Storage and take all reasonable care in respect of the Storage, the Site, and the property of us or any other Storage users or other persons on the Site

4. You must not store (and You must not allow any other person to store) any of the following in the Storage:
  • food or perishable goods unless securely packed so that they are protected from and do not attract vermin;
  • birds, fish, animals or any other living creatures;
  • combustible or flammable materials or liquids such as gas, paint, petrol, oil or cleaning solvents;
  • firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition, chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents, toxic waste, asbestos or other materials of a potentially dangerous nature;
  • any item which emits any fumes, smell or odour;
  • any illegal substances, illegal items or goods illegally obtained;
  • compressed gases

5. You must pay for the minimum period of storage IN ADVANCE, prior to the Due Date

6. If we alter Our Fees we will inform You with a written notice.

7. It is entirely within your discretion to ensure that the Storage is suitable for the storage of the goods that You store or intend to store in it. We strongly advise You to inspect the Storage before storing your Goods

8. In the event that You do not pay any Fees, the Goods are left in the Storage at your own risk. We exclude any liability in respect of the Goods when payment of Our Fees is overdue and may treat Goods remaining in the Storage as abandoned and dispose of them accordingly

9. We do not insure the Goods. Storage of Goods in the Storage is at your own risk.

10. Either You or we may terminate this Agreement at any time.

11. You agree to examine the Goods carefully upon removing them from the Storage and must tell us about any loss or damage to the Goods immediately.
